Bombay Homeo Laboratory is a manufacturer and seller of licensed homeopathic medicines, operating from Kushal House, 384, Veer Savarkar Road, Yadav Patilwadi, Mumbai 400 025, Maharashtra, India. We are licensed under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (Manufacturing Licence No. H/72).
2. Products and Medical Disclaimer
All products sold by Bombay Homeo Laboratory are homeopathic medicines licensed under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 of India. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Homeopathic medicines are to be used as directed on the label and under the guidance of a qualified homeopathic practitioner where appropriate.
- Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease in the conventional medical sense.
- You should read the label carefully before use and follow all directions and warnings printed thereon.
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or are taking other medicines, please consult a doctor or qualified practitioner before use.
- For external-use products (Calendula Ointment), keep away from eyes and mucous membranes. For external use only.
- In case of an adverse reaction, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional immediately.
- Keep all medicines out of reach of children.

3. Ordering and Payment
Orders are placed directly via WhatsApp. By sending an order message, you are making an offer to purchase the specified products at the listed prices (inclusive of all taxes as per MRP).
- An order is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation via WhatsApp.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
- Payment terms will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case any payment received will be fully refunded.
4. Delivery
We deliver within Mumbai and surrounding areas. Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.
5. Returns and Refunds
Given the nature of homeopathic medicines, we accept returns only in the following circumstances:
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
- You received the wrong product
- The product is past its expiry date at the time of delivery
Please notify us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
